Super Saver Shipping applies to an order that ship into the continental USA. BankBags.co offers a discounted UPS Shipping program based on the total cost of the order. Drop products into the basket and check the freight options inside the shipping box to your zip code. Several Option will be presented. Select the one that fits you best.
What options do I have for shipping?
BankBags.co has several shipment options depending on what products you are ordering. Products that can be shipped via a parcel carrier such as UPS or FedEx have the following Options:
Do you allow orders where the shipping address is different from the billing address?
Yes we do, however the address must be a physical address and not a P.O. Box.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
If the order is being shipped by a parcel carrier, such as UPS or FedEx, we verify the shipping costs through the carrier's real time cost utilities. Small UPSable order cost $10.25 to ship.
Can I ship to multiple addresses with a single order?
No, currently, if you need to ship to 2 or more addresses, you will need to process additional orders for each address or call us toll free at 1-800-285-6116 for help.
How long should it take to deliver my package?
Most stock orders come in 1-2 business days depending on the shipment method selected. Orders for furniture or large equipment may take longer. If you need expedited delivery please contact us via phone to ensure that we can meet your delivery schedule.
I am not a U.S Customer. Will you accept my order?
Yes, however we do not take overseas orders online. Please call our call center at 1-800-285-6116 for assistance. Non U.S shipments require payment via bank draft or wire prior to shipment.
You may return most items sold by BankBags.co within 30 days of delivery. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, notify us of your problem or to obtain an RA number by email.. We will respond to your issue within 1 business day. Credits to your account can take up to two billing cycles.
